Compound Station (CGS-TBS)

A compound station is the utilization of CGS and TBS stations in a distinct one generally named CGS-TBS. Gas pressure shall be dropped from 400-1400 psig to 60 psig. Due to high pressure drop in this type, it is essential to cut the pressure in two or three steps in a stream.
